**TRAVELLING TO THE UNITED STATES?**

PLEASE NOTE: Grand Forks Credit Union is aware some members have experienced difficulty when using their debit card for payment while shopping in the US. The US banking system is in the process of transitioning to CHIP technology. As a result, not all cards are working properly due to network communication issues. Grand Forks Credit Union is not alone in this, and we are working closely with our credit union partners and providers to resolve the situation.

In the interim, we recommend you carry an alternate form of payment; cash or credit card as a back-up should you experience this problem.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.
